Cancellation policy for room / car parking package bookings is 48 hours
prior to arrival day.
Cancellation made not within 48 hours will be subject to charge for the
price of the booking made
Cancellations must be made in writing.
No pets (with the exception of guide dogs) will be allowed in the apartments.
Guests using our broadband internet access do so subject to our fair use policy and within the bounds of UK law.
Bookings cannot be transferred to an alternative date. NON-SMOKING
